FUND RAISING
Auction off a signed shirt of the Past vs Present teams - could get them all to sign it before the match and sell it at a later date, imagine that little piece of history.
Sponsored events - These could be silly things like some of the club members taking a bath in bake beans or something as simple as a sponsored fun run.
Batting Averages - A little inspired idea I had, you could hold a family day where kids or parents could have a go at bowling against one of your best batsmen. Say something silly like 20p a go and if they manage to get past him in some way, they get something of a small prize (price can change depending on prize, you could even say they have to do it 3 times or something).
Auction off old Shirts - Everyone loves a little piece of histoy, well to me the Cricket club is no different. Imagine if you loved the team and you had your own shirt signed by the player who wore it.
Sell food and drink - I understand that you have this for players and club members but what about having a person walking around during a match asking would people like a tea cake or a nice hot cuppa. You could charge a standard price and make a little extra.
Well that's just a few ideas at the moment, I'm sure I'll cook up more as time goes on lol. If I'm overstepping the mark though please let me know, don't want to seem pushy
